Hi!!!

Well I am new. I will be 28 this month and have decided to lose weight AGAIN!! I am WAY over 200 lbs and only 5'5, needless to say I have a way to go to get down to 180 to start. I lost 95 lbs about two years ago and was looking good I thought at 180, but my long term goal is 150. I meet my husband about the time frame that I was 180, and from the late night dinners to buying a house and getting married I gained it all back which was too easy to do. So I have a closet full of clothes that I refuse to donate, and I refuse to by anymore larger ones either. So here I am drinking my seltzer water and chewing on my power bar for a late afternoon snack. My husband is a big dude as well so he and I will be doing this together. I will be damned if I have to suck in my stomach for that airline seat we will be sitting in this fall for our first anniversary !! : ) So yea that's about it...just wanted to join something to keep me on my toes and a little female support too!!

I am wayy over 200 as well. and have been even more. I know how being happy can make you gain weight. :-) hahah i hope you achieve all your goals and feel beautiful :-)

I can relate.

Hi!! I just discovered this comm. & just came upon ur post and have to say it resonates w/ me b/c I too am the same hight and ashamed to admit Im over the 220 mark. I know what you're saying about that comfort-zone you get into w/ your husbnd with take out & late dinners etc. adding on the pounds. I also have a long term ideal goal of 150lbs like you! Short term, I would love to get down 180 but realistically I'm currently shooting to get under the 200 mark for now. We can do it! Just wanted to encourage you & let you know your not alone. :)
