I'm pretty nervous about it, but also very excited! I really hope I get to join! What better way to get some good exercise than roller skating under a scandalous pseudonym, kicking ass, and hopefully not breaking anything! Apparently they practice twice a week which could work out well since I already play volleyball once a week. I already work out at the gym in the morning (which I HATE) so maybe this will allow me to cut that back some? We'll see.Of course, exercise has never really been my problem. I like eating everything in sight! Its not really a hungry thing, its just a "mmmmmmm...that looks delicious" thing. I also eat when I get stressed, feel out of control, or feel pretty much any other emotion! So I guess if I were to make a new year's resolution, it would be to take control of this problem. I've already recognized its a problem, thats half the battle...right??
Awww man!! Roller Derby sounds like fun! I hope you make it!! How Id love to take out some of those little girls... Hahahaha!! My biggest New Years resolution is to stop eating fast food!! (Or at least bring the intake down a whole bunch of notches). I live by myself, so cooking for one is no fun, and a big greasy cheesburger always seems to hit the spot. But no more!And I also want to get into my kickboxing more. I only started about a month ago, and I'm doing pretty good so far, but I don't work out as often as I should when I'm not there. I need to be working on my push ups and sit ups so I can move up to the next level in a couple months. :-)I eat out of boredom alot. If theres nothing to do, why not have a snack? I need to stop this as well. :-DI think thats all I got so far.
